ensynergy's Travel Application (ETA) offers a fully integrated business solution to Wholesale Travel providers worldwide. ETA has been built using a "top down" design which means that the design process began with the Reservations area and worked methodically back through all of the processes and operations required to fulfil the Reservation lifecycle. ETA is configurable to suit an impressive range of business models and sizes.

ETA has an intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI), which incorporates standard Travel industry terminology making it user friendly and expedites the learning process for new users and those that are new to the Wholesale Travel Industry. In addition, ETA offers each client the ability to customise text items, such as field names to their preference. Processes such as the management of supplier confirmations, client documentation and client receipting can be managed by departments within your organisation or managed by the same staff member who created the reservation.
